Please see our instructions below, or refer to your user manual included with the device. Can I change the battery myself? Yes, you do not need to take this to an audiologist to get this changed. The battery is a standard CR2032 battery which can be purchased in most stores or online. Instructions: Setup: Make sure the battery has been inserted correctly. Turn your hearing aids off. (You can do this by opening the battery drawers, or if you have rechargeable hearing aids, you can put these into the charger to turn them off). Pairing: To connect a new pair of hearing aids to the Simple Remote Control, press the pairing button on the back of the device. Once the pairing mode has been activated, turn your hearing aids back on. Your hearing aids will automatically connect to the device. Completion: Once pairing has been complete, you are now ready to use the Remote Control. Once you have paired your hearing aids once, they will not need to be paired again.
