Small but mighty, this heirloom broad bean is a sturdy plant that offers up great sized pods around 15cm in length and plenty of them. A favourite for people with smaller or container gardens, you’ll find it very rewarding to grow. Immature pods can actually be picked early and eaten like sugar snap peas, or left to mature and eaten as the broad beans we know and love. If you’re feeling really decadent, steam and then double shell your beans and pop them in a spring risotto to let them truly sing. Final height max 90cm.
