A truly unique and historic variety, these beautiful beans are said to be bred from a handful of ancient dried beans found in sealed ceramic jars in an Anasazi cave dwelling site. Miraculously the beans germinated resulting in this ancient bean coming back from extinction. This is a delicious classic green French Bean which is stringless – perfect steamed alongside any dish. It can also be left to mature further and harvested as a drying bean with beautiful cow print beans.
