Romanesco cauliflowers are always so attractive with their beautiful spiky shape. We are more used to seeing this as a green cauliflower, but this heirloom variety is white and just stunning. Popular in Italy and coveted by chefs, this variety has a deliciously mild, sweet, nutty flavour. Very hardy and relatively heat tolerant, a good allrounder.
